The kittens, now adolescents are making the most of the snowy weather by spending most of their time inside the barn.
When the cows are being fed, the twice daily ritual is extended to the cats as well.In an effort to keep the barn tidy, I take the daily supply from the house to the barn. Splitting the daily dose in half, the first meal is consumed immediately and the second is sealed in a coffee can that hangs five feet off the ground to be safe from marauders until feeding time.
This kitten decided to check out the container that brought breakfast to the group. There could not have been more than a few crumbs, but Gabriel did his best to lick the container clean before I took it back to the house.
