Ice Injury

Well, we were mostly able to avoid cold weather injuries.

Yearling bull walks in snowy pasture. The yearling bull, #3 named Zippy, had a minor slip on the ice and cut his foot.

He had been gingerly moving around the pasture area of the bull pen. It luckily had not affected his eating or the pushing and shoving that is involved with getting the best hay in the manger during the feeding time with the other yearlings.

His right front foot had him lounging longer out under the tall fir trees for a couple of days, but he is improving quickly. It appears this is the only ice related injury, at least I hope it is the only one.
